Brief Answer:

Seems like recurrent infections.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per your description it seems that you are having recurrent which failed to resolve with treatment.

Proper antibiotics needed to get rid of infection completely. Maybe you have chosen the wrong antibiotics or inappropriate dose or duration.

I suggest you get a urine culture and sensitivity done to know the correct organism causing the infection and to choose the correct antibiotics.

An ultrasound can also be needed. Also, check your blood sugar level to look for undetected diabetes which can cause recurrent UTI.

As of now drink plenty of water. Consult your physician and get a urine culture done.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
