Brief Answer:
Not heart attack

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for the report.

No, the report doesn't show acute silent heart attack but it does show changes which need an ECHO to rule out any heart wall abnormalities.

Get an 2D ECHOCARDIOGRAM done. Please share the report here.

Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
Not heart attack

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The medications are right.

There is grade 2 dysfunction in filling action of the heart. This could be due to age or co-morbidities like Hypertension or Diabetes.

This needs above medications.

Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
to be watched

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

A grade 2 dysfunction is no serious. Any grade more than that can be considered of start of heart failure.

This is reversible, taking medications and management of co-morbidities will help.
