Brief Answer:
There is nothing to be worried about at present .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .Based on the findings of Ultrasound Scanning of your daughter she has congenital abnormality of having duplex collecting system on left side with partial Pelvi Ureteric junction obstruction causing obstruction to flow of urine from the lower moiety resulting into developing mild hydronephrosis .

Having duplex moiety is a very common congenital abnormality and will not cause any damage to kidney nor will have any adverse effect on kidney function .

Partial PUJ obstruction may get resolved as she will grow up However it may lead to infection and formation of stone in the kidney Hence you have to monitor her frequently by doing Ultrasound Scanning every six months .

There is nothing to be worried about it at present .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
