Brief Answer:
No worries if there are no symptoms. Do you have any complaints?

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/63 now - was operated in 2010 - Discharge summery seen - Known case of Koch's abdomen - completed the course of ATT - presented with sealed perforation due to stricture at ileocecal region - operated - and the histopatho showed non-specific fibrotic stricture ( due to completed course of ATT)
- wants to know prognosis, possibility of recurrence, complications, furture treatment if any...
All this depends upon the symptoms if any.
If there are no symptoms, the prognosis is the best, no need of any special treatment other than multivitamins as part of the large bowel is removed.

There are usually no chances of recurrence after 6-7 years if there are no symptoms at the moment.
Complications: Re-stricture may occur and can be ruled by by Barium enema and/or colonoscopy. Nothing special needs to be done if the investigations are normal.
Have normal full diet.
Maintain serum protein values to normal.
You may get a Investigations package of Thyrocare Lab which covers every blood tests to get the baseline and special system related investigations to see if all the values are normal or need supplements.

I hope this answers your query and adds-on to your information to help you have trouble free life.
