Question : 11 yrs Female with Hypothyroid since 3 yrs on tablet Thyronorm 7.5 mcg and 12.5 mcg , TSH – May 2017- 8.32 ( 0.45- 4.5), documents attached, pls suggest what is the prognosis, susupected complications recent and long term and recommended further management and tests

Dose seems 20 mcg. Is it correct?

Dear madam 7.5 plus 12.5 = 20 mcg. kindly confirm if u r on 20 mcg. latest TSH also kindly tell me.

dear sir, there are three important things in the prescription
1. doctor has commented that the child is not regular in treatment.
2. the doctor has already increased the dose after this report which is dated may 2017. so now to see the effect of increased dose and to further adjust the dose, we need a fresh report .
3. weight is more than height. so either the child is overweight or may be she is not gaining sufficient height. but to comment on height gain also i need her present height, and past height values, her mother and father height.
