                                            Question : What is the prognosis of isolated complete rbbb with QRS 126 with no underlying cause ? Thanks for your query.
Isolated RBBB is more prevalent than isolated left bundle branch block and is less serious than the latter. Its only around 14% of cases with  isolated complete rbbb can present with a cardiac event which most of times is not life threatening.
