Question : A friend was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer 2 yrs ago...radiation..no chemo. Went for yearly and counts were off. Dr had her have a liver biopsy. Came back stage 4 liver cancer. What is the prognosis.. I know I am not giving you much to go on..just looking for guide line

Hello dear.
I have gone through the details.

So now its a stage 4 disease and complete cure is not possible. Only the life can be prolonged and quality of life can be added. Treatment will depend upon the hormone and her2 marker status of tumor. Usually patients survive from 1 to 5 years.
