Brief Answer:
Shoulder has degenerative changes.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Report of your x ray suggest degenerative changes in your shoulder joints more on right side as compared to left shoulder.
The treatment for the condition depends on the problems that you have . As a general rule ,requirement is for analgesics , muscle relaxants and physiotherapy. If pain and restriction of movement is severe then local infiltration or steroid or PRP is indicated.
If everything fails to give relief then ultimately surgery in the form of shoulder replacement is required.

Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
