Hi,
It's SINUS RHYTHM with heart rate of around 75 BPM, NORMAL AXIS. There are T wave inversions in III AVF V3-6.
So these changes suggest the possibility of ISCHAEMIC HEART DISEASE. So needs echo and if normal then stress test like Stress thallium/TMT or CT coronary angiography.
However such changes may be in hypertension or with age, but possibility of ISCHAEMIC HEART DISEASE should be ruled out.
