Thank you for the query. I can understand your concern. According to the picture that is provided here, you may suffer from urticaria.

Urticaria is an outbreak of swollen, pale red bumps or wheals on the skin that may appear suddenly. Urticaria may result from body's reaction to certain allergens.

Urticaria occurs when any triggering factors may cause high levels of histamine and other chemical factors to be released in the skin.

Antihistamines are the treatment of choice here. Try to find out the triggering factors that may initiate and aggravate your urticaria.

Corticosteroid also can be used to subside your urticaria.
