Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

To clearly know the exact cause, additional information including your last menstrual period and history of prior spotting, etc might be of help.

For your information, Presence of a pink discharge without any other issues like pain, foul smell, itching could be due to a mixture of blood and uterine secretions that might have been left after your previous menstrual cycle.

The other main cause of such pink discharge would be pregnancy.

Pink vaginal discharge during pregnancy is caused by the increase in the level of your estrogen as well as the amount of blood that is flowing to your vagina.

This discharge is made up of secretions from the cervix and vagina, old cells from the walls of the vagina, and normal bacterial flora from the vagina.

Other than that, a pinkish vaginal discharge could also look like you are just spotting, especially in case, your menstrual cycle is about to begin.

The first step in your case, would be to confirm if you are pregnant, with a urine pregnancy test, especially, if you have not had your periods since the procedure 2 months back.

In case of doubt, you might consult your OB-GYN doctor, who can examine you, and then provide additional advice as needed.

Hope I have answered your query.
