Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are indicative for GERD...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX!

Your symptoms are indicative for GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease).
GERD is caused by the passing of stomach acids (secretion) in the esophagus. This is giving you the pepperish sensation and it is harmful to esophageal mucosa.

I would like to suggest lifestyle changes like:
-avoid coffee, chocolate, tea alcohol and smoking
-avoid fatty,spicy foods
-avoid unnecessary stress
-try to use two pillow when you lay down
-eat often and small amount of meals
You can start to use antacide and omeprazole too.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do:
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper GI Endoscopy
This will help to find out the exact diagnosis and treatment for your concerns.

Hope this will be of help!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

It's a good thing that, upper endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound were normal. Than GERD is the most probable diagnosis. I recommend following my suggestion about diet and life regimen.
