Question : Hi, My wife haven't gotten her period in 2 and a half months now. She already testen for pregnancy or anything else with a blood test and everything was negative. Our house doctor have prescribed Lutenyl which she took following the instruction from both the doctor and pharmacists. It's been 10 days after she stopped taking Lutenyl and still nothing. We are lost on what to do. Do we keep on waiting? or?

I read your query and here is my advice.
Firstly I need to know her age and if she has ever been pregnant .
I think you don't need to wait more but get evaluated . She may need to do an ultrasound of uterus and ovaries. She may need to do some hormonal tests such estrogen, progesterone , prolactin.
