Question: My 78 year old mother was experiencing fatigue and shortness of breath, she went to the doctors they found her pulse was 40 and hear heart wasn't working properly, that day they fitted a pacemaker, it's now 4 days later and she feels the same her pulse is around 80, last night she had sickness and diarrhea, today she feels the same shortness of breath and fatigue and is unable to eat
