Thanks for posting the query.
I understand your query and concern.
It can be due to mild inflammation or infection of the prostate or the seminal vesicles.
It can be a sequalae of previous prostate surgery. Did u undergo one?
If it is persistent, kindly consult a urologist and he would help you get better.
