Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
In some women this is a normal pattern.
The menstrual bleeding begins with a lighter spotting kind of discharge.
This is just the beginning of the period, which then becomes red, and heavier.
If there are no other symptoms - pain, tenderness, foul smell or irregular bleeding, then you can assume this is a part of you rnormal pattern.
