Question : Monocytecount is 00% for my son wht is the reason?is it is dangerous

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Monocytes at times may not be detected on peripheral smear and it is normal. You havent mentioned the reason why you got complete blood count done. More than monocytes other counts which are always present are also important.

Undetection of monocytes on CBP doesn't warrant any further action
