Question : i have been feeling very hot and breaking into episodes of profuse sweating even in cool environments what is goin on please help

Hi,

Could be due to hyperthyroidism.
Get thyroid function test done.
Other than that also get blood pressure, sugar test done.
All these factors can lead to sweating, if abnormal.
