Question: For a few minutes I had a sharp chest pain that got worse when taking deep breaths also it feels like a drainage bubbly growling feeling around my upper left abdomen

Do you have any lung issues?

From your description, symptoms seems like acid reflux disease.
Get the medicine - proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole (name of the medicine).
Get one ECG done do rule out any heartcondition.
Most probably ECG would come normal but its protocol.

Thank you I’m not sure if I have lung issues I have had shortness of breath a few times over the past few weeks and I had a day where I kept yawning a lot

Your symptoms are most probably due to acid reflux.

If you have doubt about lung issue, then you can also get chest xray PA view done, along with ECG.
