Question: Hello doctor I hope you are well! I am looking for an Alpha lipoic acid supplementation for over all maintenance of health I heard it protects body at cellular level my diet is very bad as I travel too much hence please recommend a good supplement which is available and the recommended dosage.

Help sir thank you I am planning to take it 1 capsule every day going forward, so it should be taken before or after meals sir ? also sir I have a hair fall issue could you please suggest a supplement for it also and can these two tablets taken together please suggest

Thank you sir yes the hair loss is due to Hypo Thyroid, can ALA capsule be taken with hypothyroid condition will it affect Thyroid Harmone ? Thanks
