Brief Answer:
Regarding Seborrheic dermatitis and Androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Seborrheic dermatitis is a common cause of increased hair shedding. I noticed that you have also used Minoxidil solution and oral Finasteride for which suggests that perhaps you also have Androgenetic alopecia which is characterized by hair thinning from the front, mid and vertex part of the scalp along with a receding (M-shaped) anterior hairline.

Are you still on Minoxidil and finasteride? If yes, What concentration of Minoxidil solution and what dose of oral Finasteride are you presently on?

I would like to know what shampoo do you use? and how often do you shampoo?

Can you also upload a few images of the scalp so that I am able to assess the degree of hair loss/ thinning?

Hope to guide you further.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Regarding Androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have reviewed the images. Your medication is correct but you need to continue it for long. I suggest you to continue with minoxidil and finasteride for at least 6 months for noticeable improvement. You may shampoo daily with a ketoconazole based shampoo e.g. scalpe shampoo specially since minoxidil in an alcohol base itself causes dandruff. Finasteride is safe and US FDA approved for Androgenetic alopecia in males. Some patients (1-2%) may experience a decrease in libido while on finasteride but this side effect is temporary and usually subsides on continued treatment. Finasteride can be safely continued for long. In fact it is advisable to to be taken for lifetime.

Brief Answer:
Regarding Androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Almost all minoxidil preparations are alcohol based. Androanagen and Mino qilib are good cosmetically and do not cause dryness or irritation. It is not advisable to use hair oil while on minoxidil as oil and alcohol are not soluble so minoxidil won't penetrate if you have oil on scalp. Yes, you can certainly go for Platelet Rich Plasma therapy along with the medical treatment

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Regarding minoxidil

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You can use Sebamed anti dandruff shampoo.
Use either Mino qilib, Androanagen or Hair 4 U. All of these are cosmetically good.. Morr F 10% has a lot of smell. If that isn't a problem you can use it.

Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Regarding Androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You will get Dermaroller only through a doctor. I suggest you to kindly visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful. He/she will provide you with the local medical representative. I don't have any particular reference in your area. Dermaroller can be combined along with minoxidil and oral finasteride. It would be of added benefit. Your blood reports suggest a mildly deranged LFT, low vitamin D and mildly deranged Lipid profile. I suggest you to kindly consult a medical specialist for a detailed analysis.

Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Take care
