Brief Answer: The swelling is Bhlepharitis Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. The swelling is bhlepharitis that is infectious inflammation of the eyelid. I would suggest you the following which will definitely help 1. Hot water fomentation- A cloth soaked in hot water ,squeezed and applied over it. 2. Ciprofloxacin eye drops, one drop in each eye instilled every 2 hours during day and Ciprofloxacin ointment instilled at night before sleeping 3.
