                                            Question : I have a daughter (6 months completing on 4th Match) . I want to know what all I can start feeding her ? We are giving only Nan-Pro 1 as of now .

You can start with finger foods like grapes, boiled carrot, sweet potato. Yogurt is a good option. In fact all the vegetables and fruits should be target. You can feed her on dal water slowly.
Keep check on the weight while you do this. Introduce everything very very slow. Let them start liking. Attempt three or four times before you take that food of her plate.
All in all you should try to feed her on all vegetables and fruits and grains that are available within one to one and half year. Then you see a wholesome growth coupled with nutrition and immunity.
