Question : Hello. I was wondering if rubbing pre-ejaculatory fluid on a girl's inner thigh or on their buttock would pose a pregnancy risk? I've been told that pre-ejaculation has no sperm in it, especially if one has urinated several times beforehand, which was the case here. I also had showered beforehand and had not ejaculated for at least two days prior to this. Thanks.
Just a small addendum, I wasn't merely "told" that pre-ejaculation has no sperm, I had researched some case studies that had been conducted over the years by doctors. Just to clarify.

However, rubbing pre ejaculatory fluid on the thighs or buttocks cannot result in a pregnancy.

And also, no intercourse ever took place. Sorry for the frequent updates; I just realized I left out a few things.
Thank you doctor. Now knowing this, I would like to ask how come pre-ejaculation, despite having sperm, cannot cause a pregnancy in this way? Is there a smaller amount of sperm? Does it not have the same potency to reach and fertilize an egg? If
I feel it would be good for me to know this just so I don't start coming up with any wild paranoid theories (what if it dripped into her? etc.) and causing myself to worry.

Please do not hesitate to update, we are here for that.
WIthout intercourse, there can be no pregnancy.
See, for pregnancy to occur, the sperm has to be deposited high up in the vagina.
That can only happen when the penis totally penetrates the vagina and you ejaculate inside.
So please do not worry unnecessary.

Thank you once again, Dr. XXXXXXX One last question; let's say a man and woman are both naked and their genitals touch when they hug. Can that cause pregnancy, pre-ejaculation or no pre-ejaculation? (Didn't happen but it is a curiosity of mine)

..and that is if they hug while standing up and not while laying down.
