Question : Found a small white bump on the side of my nipple (39 yo male). It's circled. Does this look like anything to worry about?

It is a small abscess.
It might have occurred due to infection of the hair follicle in that area.
Please consult your Surgeon and get it drained. It is a simple procedure. After drainage, please apply antibiotic Ointment.
