Decaying of Teeth is at Starting Stage
and Doctor Suggested Removing of that decayed part and filling it with some material

what to do ?

If the decay is in initial stage then filling is an appropriate solution as it will prevent further deepening of decay.

As far as policy cover is concerned dental fillings are covered but once you will. Have to confirm with your insurance company as it depends on the type of insurance policy that you have.
