What Is The Solution For White Patches On Penis?

Question : Hello, Doc i am XXXXXXX i am 27 years old height-168 cm, weight- 65 kgs, this was my second query in this website about this case i just wanted to get a second opinion. So, here is my case. I am suffering from a penile disorder, One Year ago i have an intense itchy feeling inside my foreskin (as i am un-circumcised and also i XXXXXXX t able to retract my penis foreskin) and after scrubing that part of the skin with cotton cloth for one weak i observed a white stuff on the lower part of the penis head and also a white mark on the upper side of the foreskin at the tip.It doen’t itch often, just one in a while in morning and some times after I observed some wet skin then only it itches.when it itches, I keep rubbing it and the itch then goes away. If I touch the area where the white stuff is a lot then it also gets irritated.Actually the part is vey wet due to precum and other things and so its itches and it is going on and on since one year it feels itchy and I rubbedthat area and the itch gone some times after bathing and washing that part thorougly it feels comfortable. But from last month I am wondering of that white stuff so much as its looks very odd, then I consulted a doc in this website and he prescribe me for washing and taking care of the hygine.And I followed his instructions and washed the affected area with warm water during bath and mild rubbing of the white patches also I care about making the skin dry all times and I have noticed that the itchy irritation has gone but the white stuff is there.i am also want to tell you that after washing with warm water I noticed that the skin becomes pinkish and after it becomes dry it again becomes milky white.Therefore can you got the symtoms and whether this was a high infection or some thing else, I wanted to get rid of that white patches permanently as I am planning my marriage in the coming year.So, could you help me and kindly give me a solution for this.Further, I don’t have any other problem during urine ,etc.and also I have manage the itch also but the white cheesy stuff is bothering me a lot. thanks Sir but i has a problem which i have mentioned in the previous question about my foreskin retraction which is not possible so what about it do you suggest me any stretching exercise and which brand cream will i used (containing clotrimazole) will help me to get rid of this pinkish white patches.

can i apply itch guard to the penis or not
