Sperm that remain attached to the wall of the urethra after ejaculation do not survive for more than few minutes as there is no suitable environment like alkaline fluid and fructose in urethra which is vital for sperms to live .They die off and get washed away during next urination along with urine .

It is not possible to quote the number of sperms left over in urethra.

Okay, cause I took two samples after ejaculation and one was an hour past ejaculation and I only saw 2 moving sperm. The other one I took was 20-30 minutes after ejaculation and had like 10 or so moving sperm cells the vas majority of sperm in these were not moving. What is the risk of pregnancy with 250,000 cells or less

On ovulation day or the day before
