IT is not easy to talk about prognosis since this is unpredictable in these tumors but statistically 5 year survival is bit more than 80% and if there is no sign of disease after these 5 years than recurence is very rare.this tumor dont respond to hormonal therapy but in stage one it usually responds very good to chemo and radioth.
