Brief Answer:
Time gap changes with age of the man

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
There is a refractory period which is the time gap a man might have before having two successive orgasms with or without condom.

This time gap changes with age of the man. In a young man in his late teens or early 20s, the time gap can be as short as two-five minutes. There can be an ejaculation now and in five minutes time have yet another orgasm and ejaculation.

In one’s late 20s, the time gap maybe 15-30 minutes between orgasms.

In one’s 40s, the period is even longer and may be as long three to four hours.

In one’s 50s, the refractory period becomes even longer yet and might be as long as 10-12 hours.

In the 60s, it could be as long as 12-24 hours before a man can have another orgasm.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,

I was too short explaining because the website told me I was about to have a chat session with a doctor.
The full explanation is:
How much time must pass between sex intercourse in order to be safe.
Typical for me is doing it and wear the condon at last second.
After that I want to do it again but, without condon and only wear it at last moment.
How much time betweeen this 2 acts?
Am I clear? Thanks!

Sorry, please find new answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Sorry to have misunderstood your question.

I understand your query in the following steps
1. You get erection
2. At last moment you wear condom
3. You have ejaculation inside condom
4. You remove condom
5. You get new erection with penis inside vagina (without wearing condom)
6. You wear new condom again before second ejaculation.

I suppose you are asking time gap between step 4 and 6 that is from the time of removing first condom (after ejaculation) and putting on second condom to have second ejaculation.

Once you wear condom at last moment and have orgasm, then there can be little amount of semen sticking to penis body after orgasm. When you remove the condom, the semen is still there and if you have sex without condom then chance of pregnancy is still there because the semen comes in contact with vaginal wall.

At your age there will be next orgasm after 15 to 30 minutes. Truly speaking there is no such time gap between sexual intercourse to make it safe. The only way you can make it safe is by applying spermicide containing lubricant and having continuous sex, the way you want it.

If you feel I have not understood your problem clearly then I am sorry, please ask your exact doubt again by writing in steps how you want to have sex two times and the time gap.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Dr.Vivek

Understood.
I do clean myself between each act. I hate using condon with my wife.
That's why I prefer using it at last moment.
Even cleaning myself we do not proceed with 2nd act without condon.
She's scared, but I want to have a real and practical idea of what to do.
Thanks Doc!

Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

I understand your need for a practical solutions and the following might help.

1. Your wife can take regular low dose contraceptive pills.
2. Before having sex, please ask your wife to insert a spermicide containing pessary into the vagina, this is a small capsule containing medicine to kill sperms and it is put inside vagina and you can have sex without condom after that. Please check with your pharmacy. It is popular in many asian countries.
3. You can apply spermicide containing lubricant on your penis and then have sex.
4. If you clean yourself properly then that is also good but little difficult.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
