Question : My fiance and I were having sex and he was ontop and some how he pulled out and went to go back in and completely missed and now all under my vagina towards my anus feels like its in fire. Its been about 30 mins now and the pain won't go away and I don't know what to do.

It may be a soft tissue abrasion or trauma, from the impact of penis, you may want to try a cold Sitz water bath, along with oral naproxen or ibuprofen, and monitor response over the next 12 hours or so; if symptoms persist, you may need to have a formal pelvic exam.
