Hello,

Thanks for posting your query. Dengue is a self limiting viral infection. Usually we give symptomatic treatment. If your blood platelets are very low we give platelet transfusion and have to monitor every 2nd day for the platelet level till it reaches a safe level. The reat of the treatment is taking dolo for fever, hydration, nutrition and adequate rest.
