Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that I think you mean that you have Gout .
Few advises will be to reduce weight and avoid alcoholic drinks , meat, and seafood. Coffee consumption lowers risk of gout
Sir , the advise on treatment will depend on your stage , if you are having acute attack then NSAIDs are the first-line treatment for gout and corticosteroids can be used . If single joint is there corticosteroid injection can be used .
For chronic conditions allopurinol and febuxostat are used . We will not be able to give you a prescription over here as it is not allowed . You will need to consult a rheumatologist for that .
