Hi,

In view of diagnosed with chickungunya, the treatment is symptomatic and supportive including paracetamol and analgesic for fever and body ache. I would recommend to take plenty of oral fluids to prevent dehydration and a high protein diet for recovery from weakness. You could take tablet Zincovit one per day after food for one month as a supplementary. The muscle pain, fatigue and joint pain would take time to recover.
