Question : What is the use of Oxerute CD tablet? I am suffering from Thrombosis and Doctor advised this tablet and then a colour doppler test. Is this tablet useful to remove clots?

Oxerute CD is not exactly a clot remover. It has 2 components. Both of them mainly act as antioxidative and protect the vascular lining and prevent chances of haemorrhage and bleeding.

To remove clots thrombolytic agents and heparin in combination with warfarin may be used under monitoring. These are started after confirming deep vein thrombosis by colour doppler.
