Question : I have this thick white XXXXXXX stuck behind my nose in my throat!
It’s been since end of Oct.
I’ve trued saline XXXXXXX pot , steam , metamusal
Nothing works
XXXXXXX pot
Saline
Steam
Gargle warm salt
Eat toast
Warm honey lemon water!
And others
My nose is clear!

You should use xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day and try a nasal douching.
If the secretions still don't get cleared, you should get an endoscopic examination of the nose and nasopharynx done to rule out any nasal pathology.
Any history of nasal blockage or congestion?
Any history of frequent nasal infections?
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.

No infections for many years. I have not been sick or no nasil Blockage
I’ve also have already done the nasal douching!
This is aweful!

Thanks for the information
You should get an endoscopic examination of the nose and nasopharynx done to rule out any nasal pathology. If that is not available, you should get a Ct scan paranasal sinuses done.
The secretions are usually due to sinus or nasal pathology. The management will depend on the reports.
You should use nasal spray. That will help you with your symptoms to some extent.

It is 4:25 am here and the XXXXXXX spray just hurts my throat! It felt like I got water in it and burns terrible! I did this three times. I also purchased medication with it. I will call my Dr. in the morning.

You should use a fluticasone nasal spray twice daily and tablet levocetrizine plus montelukast once daily for a week

Avoid the XXXXXXX spray as it is causing you irritation.
All The medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
