Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for the query and photographs.
I have gone through the details of your earlier queries too.
You have sent two photographs.
In first photograph I can see a small reddish area which looks like a mild abrasion, may be due to friction or steroid use, however it will subside on its own and there is nothing to worry about.
The second picture shows a mole. It is a common mole, similar to any other mole on any other part of body. This will remain as such and is totally harmless.
Just relax, you don't have any STD.
No treatment is required.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Apply petroleum Jelly

Detailed Answer:
Hello
There is a possibility that too much of cortisone might have caused the damage.
Apply petroleum jelly twice daily.
Also take capsule Vitamin E 400 mg and Tablet Vitamin C 500 mg daily for a month. This will help in faster healing.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
