Question : please see attahed ultrasound report of my pregnant wife. appreciate input on the same.

Your ultrasound report is showing 6 weeks pregnancy with multiple large fibroids .
But foetal cardiac activity is not there that is why it is advisable to go for repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks.
Nabothian cyst are usually found in cervicitis.
