Brief Answer:
just medical management

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I have carefully gone through the medical details and the angiography report attached by you and i would like to tell you that your uncle dont have any significant coronary artery disease which is a good thing.

what he has is myocardial bridging in which one of the aretry on the surface of the heart get entrapped upto some extent in the muscle of the heart and when it contract the blood flow decrease slightly which sometime causes symptoms similar to angina along with ecg changes.

This is simply managed by medicines active intervention is required. So just continue with the meds what your doctor has prescribed.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
