Question : What is typical treatment of a 62 year old patient recently diagnosed with uterine cancer, who is also dependent on Percocet and alcohol?
Brief Answer:
Uterine cancer if it is diagnosed early before it has spread can be treated
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Uterine cancer if it is diagnosed early before it has spread can be treated surgically.
If the uterine cancer has spread beyond the uterus then radiotherapy, hormone treatment or chemotherapy may also be used
Since you are dependent on Percocet and alcohol i would advise you to apply fentanyl transdermal patch locally to control any pain
Regards
