What It Might Be Besides Cancer ?

Question : Hi I’m 21 year old male. I have had stomach pain and problems for the last two months and have quite severe anxiety so I went for blood tests thinking it could be some sort of cancer. My results came back normal and my doctor went over them with me and said it’s probably a gastro problem. But I haven’t been feeling any better. A few days ago I discovered a bump on the right side of my coccyx almost like one of my bones is sticking out and this has made me stress even more that it could be a type of cancer. I went back to the doctor and he said the bump could be an injury of some sorts but I don’t remember hurting it. The bump is quite sore if I push on it and it and I can’t find any results online for what it might be besides cancer so I am just very stressed out about it. Any help is appreciated thank you.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
After reading your history my thoughts are as follows:
Cancers are very rare at your age hence stop worrying about cancer.
If the problem is related to stomach then you need an opinion of a Gastroenterologist or a General Surgeon.
Also needed is stool test for 3 consecutive days.
CT scan of abdomen and the area near coccyx may help further.
Bump near the coccyx is usually inflammatory in origin. There is no caner in this area.
Anxiety can give rise to multiple problems anywhere in body like IBS in abdomen, hence control of anxiety is very important.
