Please let me know in detail about penile allergy including rashes, itching, swelling, penile discharge, etc. If possible kindly attach images so that I can get a better idea.

In most of the cases, it may be due to using harsh cosmetic products including soap, shampoo. While washing, gently retracts the foreskin and use only plain water. Use loose cotton undergarments. Avoid sweat collection and allergens.
