Question : What kind of disorder causes items to be blurry and look like they are vibrating or moving subtly in the morning? Sometimes there are subtle flashes of light and I can see my pulse in my eyes. the opthamologist found nothing except dryness. Does this sound like a neuro-opthamology issue?

The odd thing is that my retina was examined about 2 months ago and is fine. Could this be neurological at all or do you think the doctor missed the retina damage?
