Brief Answer:
Its a normal report

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It is a mostly normal report.

Only thing that needs attention is rising cholesterol levels. You need to control it with diet and exercise. In diet you need to avoid the fatty foods like cream, butter, ghee, cheese, etc. In exercise 30 min a day of gym, walk, yoga, swimming, cycling etc will be needed.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you Dr for looking at my report and your suggestions.

I have some specific questions -
1. How does MCHC and Hematocrit levels are measured in body ?
Is anything specific i need to be following in my diet/routine to get them to
normal range ?
2. For higher cholesterol levels, is there any specific cooking oil i should be
consuming ? I use Rice XXXXXXX oil .
3. Should i be concerned about sugar intake in my daily diet as per the report ?

Brief Answer:
Iron levels

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

MCHC corelates with hemoglobin concentration in red cells. It indirectly reflects the iron levels and folate and B12 levels of body. Hematocrit also not worrisome. When other parameters are normal, I will not worry about these parameters.

Cooking oil doesnt really affect cholesterol. Transfat are consider good to some extent. Otherwise fatty foods are to be avoided.

No concerns about sugar intake as yet. Your sugar levels and HBA1C are normal.
