Brief Answer:

Please upload reports if possible.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Please upload reports if possible.

If tubal patency and regular ovulation are established, the infection should be excluded. Associated hormone imbalance should be checked.

If the malefactor also is normal, look for antibody presence.

I would ask you to see an infertility expert for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Brief Answer:

Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Sometimes, anti-sperm antibodies develop in the cervix and cause infertility which is observed in spite of all positive results in an investigation.

This can be detected by testing the cervical mucus. This can be done through the recommendation of an expert after a proper clinical evaluation when no other detectable cause can be found for infertility.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
