Brief Answer:
there is no need for specific measures

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Fortunately, hip replacement is a routine procedure today and complications rate and pain is maximally reduced. Results are great, especially after appropriate rehabilitation. There is not much things that you can do to facilitate healing process. Pain management and wound healing will be managed by anesthesiologist and surgeon so your don't need to worry about it. Pain usually lasts for 1 week but it isn't significant and is easily treated with standard painkillers. You should just avoid risks if any infection due to surgery, stop smoking if you smoke, take vitamin b and c supplement if necessary, and be physically active as much as you can. Everything else is not depending on you.

Wish you good health.
