Question : I'm am suffering from sever chest congestion and soar throat.. thick phlebm comes out while coughing

Cough from yesterday
Phlegm and congestion from 4 days
No fever
Yes sometimes in the night I feel a little breathless but not severe
No medication, I only had okacet tablet 2 days back

You can take Tab CPM 4mg twice daily for 3 days. Syrup Asthakind LS three times 10ml after food.
