Question : i had cervical issue and i skipped pentoze causing pain in my stomach today took pentoz reducing my pain but pain is still there.can i have any medicine

If you took Pentozed tablets as usual you may need to take other antacids such tums or Pepto Bismol. You may take ibuprofen or diclofenac for shoulder pain.
