Question : My 10 months old baby boy having high fever of 102F from yesterday night.

Paracetamol every 6 hours

Hi thank you for writing to us.
Usually fever at this age is because of viral infection. Paracetamol drops 100 mg in one ml can be given.
I usually prescribe around 1ml of paracetamol drops like crocin drops every 6 hours for such babies in my clinic.
If fever persist till tomorrow or if baby develops any other symptoms like cough, vomiting, loose stools, excess crying, poor intake or poor urine output then you need to consult with your pediatrician.
Keep giving your child plenty of liquids to keep him hydrated.
