Hi,

In your attached reports you have high cholesterol levels and that needs regular exercises, low-fat diet. Start with Mega 3 capsules twice daily.

If you are unable to control your cholesterol after 1 month, you would require a combination of Atorvastatin and Fenofibrate
Your ultrasound says hemangioma of the liver.

Mostly this is asymptomatic and harmless but you should consult a Gastro Surgeon for any intervention is required.
